Who we are

With over 30 years’ experience as civil and structural engineers, we are a trusted partner to our commercial, industrial and residential clients nationally across the UK.

Our practice was established in 1986 by Ian Holdgate, underpinned by a passion for the art of structural engineering, and a desire to create safe solutions for the most complex issues and building projects for our clients. In 2020, current Managing Director, Ryan Peel, led a management buyout alongside Nasar Mohammed and Shazad Mohammed, and we have grown to a team of over 18 people based at our Bingley headquarters in West Yorkshire.

Despite our growth, we’ve always maintained a ‘client-first’ approach, applying our highly technical expertise to your building projects. And our team of expert structural engineers and talented consultants, consistently deliver great value, high-quality safe buildings on time, and on budget.

Our ethos

And as members of both the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE), our clients can be sure that we meet the very highest standards in engineering design.
